Well, this will be my last diary entry as I'm leaving Japan next week! Before I came to Japan, I only intended to stay for a year but I have enjoyed it so much that I've been here for 3 1/2 years!I've loved living here so much and I will miss many things especially the food, snowboarding, and of course, the many friends I have made. Thank-you to all my students - you've been wonderful. And thank-you to Step Up - the best English school in Sapporo!! Sayonara!!!!
A windy and rainy week ahead...

Wow! What happened to the weather? Sapporo has been really windy and rainy recently and the bad weather is expected to continue... I don't mind the rain but the wind really gets on my goat! I've been busy packing up my apartment and getting ready to leave Japan at the beginning of next month. There are many things I will miss but I'm excited about starting afresh in the UK.
Golden Week

Hi everyone! Are you enjoying the warm weather? I am. Last weekend, my friends and I had our first BBQ of the season at Nakayama Toge. Even though I couldn't snowboard, it was nice to be out in the sun. I will probably spend most of Golden week packing up my apartment as I am leaving Sapporo in June. What are your plans? Are you going away or will you stay in Sapporo?
