An apple a day

I’m pretty interested in health and nutrition.  I watch a lot of YouTube videos and read a lot about health and nutrition.  The other day, I was talking with a student about healthy food.  We talked about one of my favorite types of fruit; the apple!  A lot of information says that eating fruit is good for you, but a lot of fruit contains a lot of sugar.  One of the best kinds of fruit to eat are apples.  Apples have a lot of nutrition, especially if you eat the skin, and they also keep you full for a long time.  They are great as a snack between meals as they contain few calories and less sugar than many other kinds of fruit.  In English there is a saying about apples.  That saying is, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”  In other words, apples help keep you healthy!  I’m not a very healthy person, but I do eat an apple almost every day!
