Daily exercises

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful week. One of the questions I get asked quite often in class is what exercise I recommend. As you all know, I love going to the gym, but I know that not everyone has my enthusiasm. I think if you suddenly have the motivation to exercise, a simple way to start is to begin with stretching. You don’t need to go to a gym to stretch, you can do it in your own room. The first time you enter a gym can be a little scary because each gym has different equipment but the staff in Japan are so friendly that I’m sure they would go out of their way to help you.
I also get asked if there are any differences between Japanese sport clubs and British ones. There are quite a lot of differences, but this also depends where you go. A good gym in the UK will have a wide range of free weight and less machines (while Japan is the other way). Also, the staff will ask you questions about your week which some people might think are personal. Basically though, the gyms are the same but important thing, Japanese sports clubs usually have a bath. This is the most awesome thing about working out in Japan, afterward you can sit in a hot bath!!! If you want any more advice, feel free to ask.
