Getting into shape
Spring is just around the corner. The snow is (slowly) melting in sapporo and the plants can finally breathe again. I`ve been making some plans. I have decided that I want to take a trip to shikoku on my bicycle. However I`m not confident about my physical condition so recently Ive been interested in exercise machines. I wish someone would invent a “get fit quick” drug/drink. So if anyone has any health or fitness tips, let me know!
