Hey everyone ~ First off I`d like to say that I hope all of you and your friends and family are OK. The earthquake/ tsunami disaster was a shock to us all, and the aftermath continues to weigh heavily on our hearts.

That said, spring is quickly approaching! With the warming weather and inevitable blooming of greenery, it`s a good time to look towards the future. In the US, spring is when we completely clean our houses and  embrace our New Year`s resolution to lose weight. So, as best we can, let`s be optimistic and do all we can to help those around us, and ourselves!
