Phone filters

Hey everyone.  As a social media kinda girl, I am a dab hand at taking a selfie. Just as I was writing this blog, I was playing with the filter app on my phone and Allan walked in. I was quite embarrassed because it was a less than flattering photograph of me with a beard!!! However, the current photo taking technology available on your phone is insane. If I want to be a polar bear, a toy doll, a bearded woman, any now it seems I can be. This is super fun but I think it makes me question the authenticity of some of the photos I see on social media. I mean, nowadays we don’t need to wear make, instead we can add make up after the photo has been taken using an app.  It is only a bit of fun but perhaps people should be more honest about using filters and Photoshop in mainstream media. Have you ever used a filter? They are super fun. Let me know what your favourite filter is and I`ll give it a go!
