I`m scared of bears!

Hi everyone! I`ve just returned from Taisetsuzan National Park, having spent five days hiking from asahi Dake to Tokachi Dake- 74 kilometres. The scenery was amazing, with lots of small lakes, mountain flowers and crystal-clear rivers! Luckily, we didn`t see any bears! The hiking was very tough, and I lost a lot of weight, so I`m eating a lot of food now! We also went to a natural outside hot spring that was very beautiful- a romantic place! I now want to plan my next trip- any advice?
