Cooking

Most of my students know that I love to cook and it’s one of my main hobbies.  I used to do a lot of baking.  I loved baking cakes, cookies, muffins, and even bread.  But over the past year I’ve become more interested in cooking than baking (probably because I eat everything I bake and the calories add up).  I also used to use a lot of cookbooks for recipes.  I still have many cookbooks at home on my bookshelf.  However, I recently discovered cooking on YouTube.  With YouTube, there is no need for cookbooks and there are numerous recipes for virtually any kind of dish.  The recipes and cooking methods are usually written in the description box and the video shows the step by step cooking process.  It’s a wonderful tool for cooking in the 21st century!  Check it out!
