Hi everyone. Last week was a busy week for my voice. I went to karaoke 4 times last week because I love it-I wish we had it in England. The only trouble is that I am a terrible singer! I like to sing songs by The Beatles and Elvis Presley, but sometimes Exile or The Bluehearts. I think I am addicted to karaoke-help!!!!
Dinner Party

Hi everyone! I had a really nice week. On Saturday, I went to a Japanese friend’s house for dinner. It was the first time I had been to a Japanese person’s house to eat so I was very excited. We ate crab salad, soya beans with meat sauce, dikon salad and stir-fryed scallops and vegetables. My favourite dish was the crab salad – yummy! Tonight, I’m going to the Toyota Big Air Snowboarding event at Makomanai Open Stadium. Snowboarders from all over the world will compete. I’ll tell you all about it next week. Bye for now!

Hi everyone. This winter there seems to be even more snow than usual. This is great for me as it means I can enjoy my winter hobby even more. Can you guess what it is?…No, not shovelling snow, snowboarding of course! Last week I went to Teine and Rusutsu and had a great time in all the powder snow. I hope you are all enjoying the winter too.

Happy New Year! I had a great time in December visiting Thailand,Cambodia and Vietnam. I ate delicious food, saw some amazing places and met some wonderful people. The highlights for me were Angkor Wat in Cambodia and Halong Bay in Vietnam. Both of these places are very beautiful, and I hope to visit them again someday. I hope you all had a good New Year vacation and are enjoying winter in Sapporo-there is so much snow this year! See you soon.
My Winter Vacation

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a nice time seeing your family and friends over the winter vacation period. I went to London for my vacation. It was amazing. I was surprised how big the city is – there is so much to see and do! I visited some famous sites including Big Ben, The Tower of London, Picadilly Circus, Trafalger Square and London Bridge. I also met my fiance’s family for the very first time!! They were very nice. Now I’m back in Sapporo and enjoying teaching, snowboarding and eating Japanese food. How was your winter vacation? I’m looking forward to hearing about it at Step Up.
